Are you ready to incorporate your Kansas business?

Business owners ready to incorporate can use any one of several approaches. They can, for instance, pay a local attorney or accountant several hundred or even a few thousand dollars. Or they can contract with one of those online incorporation services--at a price that often totals several hundred dollars when all is said and done.

But small businesses shouldn't forget that there's a great third option that’s not only economical but also very fast. If you're a small business owner, you can often safely incorporate a business yourself by buying and then using a do-it-yourself kit.

Specifically, for $37.95 you can purchase my Downloadable Do-it-yourself Kansas Incorporation Kit. Upon completing your purchase, you can immediately download a 35+ page pdf document that discusses and describes the benefits of incorporating a business in Kansas. Going on, the kit explains the steps for forming your Kansas corporation in a few minutes, obtaining a federal tax identification number for the corporation, and electing to have the corporation treated as a Subchapter S Corporation so you can maximize your tax savings.
